strike two - sheep
i thought it would be best to get through as many of the animals i had previously eaten over the next couple of weeks, to give myself a good chance at catching up as the schedule presses onwards. sheep was my next target so i popped down the local butchers and picked up a couple of lamb fillets (i also purchased some chicken and some pork and bramley apple sausages for the weekend). these fillets were cooked up with some herbs and then diced and added to some rogan josh sauce, cherry tomatoes and spinach, with a nice naan bread for company. this time my long meat-suffering girlfriend, lois, cooked it all up. (lois unfortunately has the task of listening to me talk about meat all day, incessantly.)

the curry was extremely tasty, though the lamb was a bit chewy, i suspect this lamb was on the older end of lamb.. but none-the-less, another strike and 50 left! chicken tomorrow..

Damn you and your systematic meat eating. One week in and you're already ready to overtake me. Perhaps this is the motivation I need to knuckle down and take on the challenge properly. So, damn you, or thankyou, I just don't know.
